Reconcile the party ledger Payable & Receivables of Corn.
• Manage PO/SO file & maintain ledgers of customers.
• Prepare sales contract of corn local sale as per trade file.
• Coordinate with customers, & Brokers & Process sales tax and commercial invoices and send to customer.
• Manage brokers data of Corn in master file and check quality as per LDC standard.
• Prepare position of Corn.
• Check POSO file of warehousing & LSP & coordinate as per our LDC record.
• Make payment working of all Customers, Ginners & Brokers.
• Preparing cheque for balance payment
